1. General information.
This document is compliant with the ordinance of May 25, 2018 named RODO (GDPR) and applies to services offered by Pasters.net. Pasters.net is not responsible for the operation of third party applications and software necessary for the order processing, such as a payment service site or others.
Pursuant to the above regulation (RODO), in regard to personal data and other information provided or created as a result of using Internet services, users have:
the right to access;
the right to rectify;
the right to delete;
the right to limit processing;
the right to object to the processing;
the right to transfer data;
the right to make a complaint to GIODO;
the right to withdraw consent.
3. Website users' data
The data in the form are not shared with third parties otherwise than upon a consent of the user.
The data provided in the form may present a list of potential customers, registered by the Website Operator in the register kept by the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (GIODO).
The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting directly from the given form, e.g. to process a service request or a business contact.
The data provided in the forms may be forwarded to entities technically performing certain services - in particular it concerns the transfer of information on the registered domain holder to entities that are the operators of Internet domains, payment services websites or other entities with whom the Service Operator cooperates in this respect.
4. The use of data and information about the Website Users
The information is used by Pasters.net in accordance with applicable regulations for the following purposes:
For the purpose of the order procedure
For the purposes of ensuring, updating, maintaining and protecting our Services, Website and company. This includes the use of information to support the provision of services; preventing malfunctions; security problems, including abuse or technical problems; analyse and monitor the use of the Website.
For the purposes of communication with the User, e.g. via e-mails and other messages. We can send technical or administrative messages to you, including: information about changes in the offer, its extension or security notifications.
For the billing purposes including invoicing, account management and payment tracking.
In justified cases, information is used upon the request of authorized bodies and state authorities. Pasters.net is obligated to provide the information collected by the Website based on requests provided by the law and in the scope indicated in the request.
5. Storage, processing and sharing of data
Pasters.net is entitled to collect and store Users' Personal Data for the period necessary to provide its services and other as described in point no.3 and 4 of this document. Information and data may also be stored by Pasters.net during this period for commercial or business purposes, legal or financial audits, dispute resolution and enforcing contracts.
The data may be shared solely upon the consent of the Website User and in the specified scope.
Users own the right to view and modify their data.
In case of services provided by external entities, such as cooperation for computational or storage purposes, Pasters.net has the right to use and process certain data in accordance with applicable regulations.
Pasters.net has the right to disclose or use aggregated, de-identified and decoded information about Users to potential business partners for business or research purposes.
Pasters.net may share information about Users with third parties upon a written consent of the website users.
Pasters.net undertakes to protect and enters into a confidentiality commitment for all data and information about the Website Users. At the same time Pasters.net informs that the Internet data transmission and storage in appropriate systems is not completely free from the risk of attacks or intrusions of third parties.
The operator for payment process is Fist Data S.A. and PayPal, which bear full responsibility for the course and security of transactions. The above companies have their own separate privacy policies and regulations that should be read additionally by each user of the Website.
7. Information about cookie files.
The entity that places cookies on the User's end device and who has access to them is the Website operator.
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
creating statistics that help to understand how the Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
maintaining the User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to submit their login and password entering subpages of the Website;
determining the User's profile in order to display tailored materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network.

Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser).
